<aside> 🌏 In order to be eligible for this parental leave, you must be a US-based full or part-time (30+ hours per week) team member. Column provides alternative parental leave options for team members outside of the United States compliant with local statutory guidelines.

Column's paid parental leave covers 100% of a team member's base salary. The 16-weeks of leave can be used up to one-year after each birth or placement event as consecutive or intermittent time-off.

How to Request Parental Leave

To request parental leave, please inform your manager of the upcoming birth or placement event and discuss how you would like to structure your parental leave (e.g., dates, length, etc.).
